Candy Cane Eyes

I'm doing modern fun Christmas looks inspired by The Nutcracker. So this would be inspired by the Russian Candy Canes :D The inner corners were meant to look like frost, hence the lack of blending. If you watch how I used the white eyeliner, I blended it real nicely, then I added the shimmer and glitter to give it a more frosty look.
